      The FNF Alumni community are an active and engaged network of healthcare professionals who have undertaken one of our leadership programmes or scholarships. They are from all sectors of health and social care, all fields of practice and range from early-career to established senior leaders. Our Alumni offer each other mentorship, allyship and advocacy. It is clear that bringing together the collective influence of the FNF leadership development programmes creates a powerful and impactful community.

      At FNF we are privileged to have the support of a number of organisations and individuals who enable us to ensure we offer high quality learning and development opportunities for nurses and midwives.

      FNF work closely with leaders of International Nursing and Midwifery Associations to see how we can support these associations and their members - internationally educated nurses and midwives who have come to the UK. #BeSeenBeHeardBeRecognised

    • Mentees
      FNF offer the opportunity for nurses and midwives working for an Academy Member organsiation to find a mentor. Mentees can be a nurse or midwife from any sector and at any stage of their career.

    • Students
      Students and their education and learning experience are crucial to maintaining the pipeline for the future workforce. FNF work with partners to support nursing and midwifery students in a number of different ways, including our annual FNF Student Day in May.
